Hi I have just installed IDE version 2.3.4 on a Win 10 pc
It will open the mainscreen with the logo pulsing but hangs at that point eventually hanging the pc.

When the IDE first starts it needs to get a bunch of stuff from the internet. Make sure your PC has unfettered access to the net. Many workplaces have restrictions and schools allow nothing.

I have just updated my Laptop to ver 2.3.4 and it loads and uses they same internet connection.
any ideas on the PC issue.
