I am running the IDE version 2.3.2 under Ubuntu 22.04
When I select a help topic from the IDE a Chrome browser window is opened but without a URL - this make the help functionality in the IDE useless.
IT is obviously a problem with my operating system (probably a security setting) but I have no idea how to fix it.
Any help would be lovely
