Fixed the Launch 4j problem by renaming the arduino folder which the program created in my documents folder. Initially tried to erase all files in it and folders too, found files nested multiple times in same folders. Delete did not help. After renaming the folder and starting the IDE, it gave a message that there is no folder and it will create one itself. I pressed OK and the problem is gone.
