Does anyone know if there is a way to acquire a copy of the Arduino IDE in a physical storage device? like a SD card or a CD.
I want to install the IDE in my office computer for a project but the IT guys say It can't be downloaded.

All your help is highly appreciated.

Can you bring it in on that? I use that in classroom situation. Get the Windows Installer:
