Hello, I'm having the same problem. Installed Arduino IDE 2.3.2 from the website and worked fine three days ago. Tried opening today and didn't open, it's running in task manager and I can see it with ALT+TAB.
Uninstalled it, rebooted laptop and installed it again for a few times but still won't start.
Was there a solution? I couldn't find a clear solution on this issue.
Did you use a dual monitor setup and removed the monitor where the IDE was running last? If so, try the solution in IDE doesn't open - #10 by sterretje.

Had same problem today with ver 2.3.3. Was working great for over a month now. Ran inside powershell and saw debug errors stating could not find certain folders. Remembered I just deleted a shortcut to "Documents" folder off my windows home screen. Restored shortcut and ver 2.3.2 is now working again.
