Looking to get peoples thoughts on a review site for Arduino electronics purchased on eBay.
I've saved up some money to buy a bunch of electronics on eBay and then review them, generally letting people know if the product is as described or not. I posted on reddit about this a couple weeks ago and people liked the idea but didn't suggest any products to buy, which is one of my current problems, I don't know what to buy.
Current shopping list is at $56.04 with 36 items - gotta get that to $400.
Checkout a basic template for the site at meta-store.brod.io, there's more features I'd like to add but want to know that there's people who would benefit from the site first.
Thanks,
Brod.
PS: I know this isn't a traditional Arduino Project, but it's still a Project which focuses on Arduino.
Your rules are too tight (for example the first 5 rules) and I think that a review per seller will not work. I also would not mention an actual Ebay item, since that is only temporary.
We could do reviews of modules, with a photo of it. When an item was sold with missing components, there could be comments to mention the seller.
My suggestion: No rules, let's talk about the actual modules. For example: RTC modules are often bad; Arduino clones with CH340G can be hard to use with a mac; and how cheap modules can be altered to make them useable.
