Do you have a sensor?- if so you should say what make and model it is. If it's one of the common ones you will very likely find examples for it here, or in the playground or on the maker's website.
This style is quite common, with Trigger and Echo pins, and there's code available.

There are all sorts of moisture and humidity sensors like these.
BUT................ if you are a real beginner, you shouldn't dive straight into a project without first working through the basics, as explained here for example. (In my opinion, anyway.....)
