I'm asking for help

Is it possible to load the Arduino Nano old bootloader, into an atmega 328 standalone? It is for a insusual application.

Sounds like an "X-Y" problem!

What exactly do you mean by "atmega 328 standalone"?

Why do you want to use the bloated and buggy Arduino Nano old bootloader specifically?

I want to use a ch340g to upload sketckes on an atmega 328 p- pu.
I've taken the ch340 from an arduino NANO and i've built a circuit around it with the dream to use it to program the atmega.
I think that i need to burn the Arduino Nano Old bootloader on the atmega to use the ch340 chip.
Have u got any solution?

Any of the 'standard' bootloaders (ie. the updated Nano one or even better, the one used on the Uno) will work just fine with a CH340. The CH340 doesn't know or care what bootloader is on the ATMega328.

Thank you a lot guys

No problem. It was a classic "X-Y" problem.

I have a couple of these which can be used with standalone ATmega, and other useful purposes:
