I can't seem to figure out how to download the agent, I have watched videos and read instruction but nothing is working.It keeps telling me, "WE ARE NOT ABLE TO DETECT THE INSTALLED AGENT."And my other problem is the port connection,I purchased the 30 Days Lost In Space kit and am trying to connect the hero board to my mac book, but every time I try it doesn't let me even see or let alone select a port for my hero board's connection.It finds the board but no port.Please help.

Hi @hangilfoil. Do you see the Arduino Create Agent icon in the macOS menu bar at the top of your screen?:
The color of the icon on your computer might be different than in the graphic above, but it will look like an Arduino logo.
