If you've been to the educators side of the Arduino web side, you may have seen that Arduino certification tests are being handed out of the sum of 30$+ a test. I'm sorry to say this but there's no industry in the entire world (perhaps except Arduino as a company) that looks for the 'arduino certificate' on a resume. Not industry jobs, not education jobs, and certainly nothing in between. Perhaps a more general microcontroller course would be more popular.
