Yes you have a problem, the most important is we cannot see your computer. Use code tags and post the entire error message. Be sure your windoz drivers are up to date. Some parts will require you to back down a driver revision. From what I can tell you are using a zebra Arduino with yellow and purple stripes, paint then black and white. Remove the close pines from pins 0 and 1. Feel free to correct any mistooks/assumptions I have made.
