Impossible to install drivers

Hi,

I installed Arduino, I wrote a program, but when I plug the board (Arduino uno) I can't chose any port : the selection is grayed out.
So the program can't be uploaded

The only solution I found in internet is to update the driver. Indeed when I plus the board, my coputer don't recognize the peripheral. But when I update te driver, my computer say that the best driver is already installed, or he say that the .inf file is not adapted to 64bits computers.

I've already tried to change the cable, the port to reboot etc... nothing work.
I've tried on 3 computers, and that the exactly same issue each time. (They are all in 64bits)

What can I do to update this driver and upload my program into the bord ?
