This little board is for Voltage level translation of SPI.
It uses a 74LVC07 which I use on other boards. I wasted too much time yesterday trying to hack together a circuit and then found shorts. So today I made a little board and have plenty of other things to work on while OSHpark makes it.

Why? It is to program an ATtiny1634 (at 3.3V) with the improved (as of 1.6.6) Arduino ISP sketch I see in examples. My AVR dragon will not work with Arduino and problems with Atmel Studio has got me fearful of getting locked out of my toys.
