They are recognized by the PC, green light on, as soon as they are plugged in the yellow light is flashing

The IDE (Integrated Development Environment) is (as far as this discussion is concerned) the version of the Arduino editor that you use. The number is displayed at the top of the editor window
I dont think this is an IDE issue but one of the other Arduino online offerings.
Even then I am not sure a UNO may be supported for IOT.

You need at least an IDE installed.
Choice is the proper IDE or the ONLINE IDE both support the UNO right out of the box.

what you are hinting at??? These boards are fake?
Just say it - they were advertised are real, as I typed, have made in Italy on them, UNO seems to be what I see others using, this forum can't help with UNOs? Its OK to 100% fake these out given its open code?

this hinting and poking isnt making any progress, and its not helping, its thsame start here and it fails that I was at three days agoq!

However to do that we need you to help us.

Have you used both those links FULLY ?
You need to install some software to use the Arduinos and I gave you in my last post a link to either the online or the regular IDE.
Have you installed at least one of them ?

Moreover I can see the large quantity of On-Line fakes that say "genuine jdjughuhiu Arduino UNO compatible", or actual board graphics may be differet - like you know for sure that's a fake.
they play tricky games with words, however the UNO's I have purchased before have been programed and do their job.
THis was supposed to be simple time saver, not a runaround the kindergarten room, get an UNO, load developed proven code plug in and go.

I did not need to re peat what you sent as I had the APP installed and l already tried top use the online web version. Whe I took the time to post EXACTLY what it (the app) was doing and the web domain address...geez, you should know Exactly where I am at
