Incomplete due isllation on Windows 10

This is all completely new to me. I am trying to get an Ormorod 3D printer running on W10. It is connected to one of the computer's USB sockets. I get the plinkity-plonk sound as it's plugged in.
It is recognised in the Device Manager - Ports - Arduino Due ((COM4). So that seems OK. However I'm getting nil response via the printer control softwear (cura).

On looking at the COM4 properties i get the following messages in the Events tab:-

  1. Device install requested
Info - Device USB\VID_2341&PID_003E&MI_00\7&1731e933&0&0000 requires further installation.

  2. Device not migrated
Info - Device USB\VID_2341&PID_003E&MI_00\7&1731e933&0&0000 was not migrated due to partial or ambiguous match.

  3. Device service added (usbser)
Info -Driver Management has concluded the process to add Service usbser for Device Instance ID USB\VID_2341&PID_003E&MI_00\7&1731E933&0&0000 with the following status: 0.

  4. Device installed (arduino.inf_amd64_6cb1adf1bc8e1ed48)
Info - Driver Management concluded the process to install driver arduino.inf_amd64_6cb1adf1bc8e1d48 for Device Instance ID USB\VID_2341&PID_003E&MI_00\7&1731E933&0&0000 with the following status: 0x0.

So it seems all is not well with the installation
Any help gratfully received

I don’t have any experience with the Due, but I’m not convinced these events indicate a problem. In Device Manager, does the board’s port have the yellow triangle next to it, that indicates a problem?

Are you using an actual Due, or is it a specialized printer board that just appears to the computer as a Due?
