Has anyone had any success in reading the serial data stream from an Innovonics Echostream device like the EN4200 or EN6040-T?
I understand it's RS232 and 9600 baud.
With which Arduino? What have you tried?
I prefer to use an Uno, but willing to switch to another model. I have not tried anything yet. I plan to buy an Innovonics receiver and get started but I was wondering if anyone else has tried it with any success. I have a solid understanding of RS232 communications but just wondering if the datastream is encrypted in any way.
