I am new to this forum and was looking for some guidance with regards to controlling a peristaltic pump with Arduino.
I am hoping to use the RP-TX pump from Takasago (link: https://www.takasago-fluidics.com/p/pump/s/transfer/RP-TX) but have noticed that the connection to the motor is through a flex (not standard motor connections). I was wondering if anyone has experience with connecting to a pump motor similar to this and would be able to provide any tips, best-practices or safety provisions.
Any information you have would be greatly appreciated!
