Install command line on my mac

Hi
I want to install arduino in command line on my mac, but I don’t understand how to install

All of the tools are in the Arduino.app package.

Can you explain me a little better?
Because I want to verify and upload sketch from terminal.

If you install the arduino ide in the usual spot (/Applications/Arduino.app)
Then you'll get a binary of the Arduino "command line version" in

  /Applications/Arduino.app/Contents/MacOS/arduino

and the set of tools used for actual compilation/etc is mostly in

  /Applications/arduino/Arduino-1.6.5.app/Contents/Java/hardware/tools/avr/bin/*

So there is no additional special install needed to get "the command line."
