We have just bought Arduino starter kit.
After install we have encounter the attached message.

Answer:
If you go into your c drive on your computer open users folder then open documents. After that create a folder called Arduino.
If that doesn't work go into Arduino go file>preferences then you'll see sketch book location. Set the sketch book location to the the folder that you just created!

You are not installing or running with enough privileges. Try installing running the installer as administrator.
