Install zip arduino 2.3.2

Error:13 INTERNAL not install
LiquidCrystal440.zip (89,7 KB)
thaks. Jacob

please clarify why you attached a zip and what your question is and if it relates to the IDE or to the Arduino Due

Thello Jackson, tnx for replay, I would like to install the attached zip file regardless of the Arduino board, I thought that the son library was installed and therefore I loaded the Arduino due board that I had.

follow the doc to install libraries

https://docs.arduino.cc/software/ide-v1/tutorials/installing-libraries/

Thanks but i use arduino ide 2.3.2, and this procedure non install, returna error 13.

I'm moving the question in the IDE 2.x category if you feel you have a bug with installing libraries

describe exactly what you are doing

I don't know, I installed this library correctly on versions prior to 2.3.2 and everything worked normally

they should still be there then?

can you document the process you are following to install the library?

Thank you for your help, I wrote in the software section, but now I'm going to the Arduino section as you indicated. Now I no longer have the previous versions of the Arduino Due as I changed PC and I can no longer find the old versions of Arduino 2 on the web.

The procedure is as follows, I downloaded the library from the web in ZIP format, from Arduino 2.3.2, I go to sketch "include library", add zip lybrary, in the window at the bottom right I read Lybrary and not zip as it should be . after from error 13

Please provide the link.

Your zip is not a ZIP library. It is a zipped file. It contains two directories Liquidcrystal440.

Unzip the file and drag one of those directories to the libraries directory in the sketchbook directory. You can find the sketchbook directory using file / preferences in the IDE.

I do not know which directory you need to use; there seem to be differences (based on size). Go back to the site from where you downloaded the file and check what the description states.

Thanks, I'll proceed now, have a nice day
