I have bought New ardino Uno R3 board .I couldn't install it to my Lap top (windows 7 64 bit)plz help me to install it,I have attached all relevant pic.

Two issues.
One is probably "driver enforcement"
The other may be a COM port issue as you are up to COM 32.
I would go with a COM port clean up first
Google "remove unused com ports" or go HERE
Disconnect your Arduinos and other serial devices before doing it though.
If it offers to also remove drivers its up to you.
I do remove the drivers if I do it and then re-install them as needed.
Only plug one item in at a time when you restart the computer after the clean up of the com ports and check that it is working as expected.
If not re-do the driver install if you need to and make 100% sure that item is working before adding anything else.
The UNo may just pop up and offer the driver..It could also say something about do you want to trust etc. so say YES.
