Do I have to remove arduino 0022 before I install arduino 1.0 ? I'm using Scientific Linux 6.0 which is really RHEL 6. I'm new to both of these software technologies. http://www.scientificlinux.org/ . Thanks.

Installing arduino 1.0

On both Windows and Mac I have both installed. I don't know about Linux.
