I work in a College and we already run the windows installation of Arduino, A lecturer has requested to use Arduino Create in classrooms but after testing it appears to only install in the profile of the user running the install. the students do not have permission to install profiles. Is there a way to install this once for all users?

Its been brought up a few times so at the moment your best option is to refer to the other similar posts in this section to see what others have been trying.
Its not an easy task bringing up such a complex tool to the web and in the grand scheme of things its still a work in progress.
There are a lot of "ducks to get in a row" for users before the EDU side as I am sure you can appreciate.
The first 4 STICKY posts in this section may offer a small amount of advice or answers.

I know there is no definitive answer but maybe some useful clues.
Some aspects will depend on how good your IT department is and the OS and BROWSER in question being used.
If you do manage to get anything working I know the team behind it would love to hear about it so do please pass along any steps or help you can provide..Almost all of us in the forums are just users such as yourself and its always been about helping each other around obstacles and passing that along to the very small team of dedicated people in the back room.

Just a suggestion but maybe read this first then add a LOT more detail.
You could start by telling us exactly what you have tried and how and under what conditions.
