Installing SainSmart UNO board

Hello folks, I am having issues getting my board to program it's first program (blink).

This is the kit I purchased I took it out of the box looked at the parts and downloaded the software (windows nightly build). At the moment I am getting the error "avrdude: stk500_getsync(): not in sync: resp=0x00". I have read that it could be the incorrect board being selected, I currently have the Arduino UNO selected in the board section under tools.

The specs say: ATmega328-AU microcontroller which I do not see in the list.

The control voltages are nominal as that is the first thing I checked. I have it on the 5V side. Any help is appreciated.

FIXED: Uninstalled all the drivers rebooted system reinstalled and now it works as expected. Not sure what happened or where, but it works now. Hopefully I can get it to play with some stuff I have around here stepper motors here I come.

Use the normal newest version of the software. At this moment version 1.0.4

It is not the real Arduino Uno, but a clone.
Set the switch to 5V. Are the voltages too low ? If you power it with the USB bus, the voltages could be lower than 5V, but 4.50V is still okay.
