It is not in the usual \program file\arduino\libraries

When you do this, where is Arduino puting the library folder?

It is not in the usual \program file\arduino\libraries

The user "libraries" folder is in your sketchbook.
It's location can be found in >File >Preferences "Sketchbook location".
