does anyone know how to integrate between Arduino UNO and Interface Free Controller IFC-CI00??

This seems to be the documentation for the IFC-C100 and it appears only to take commands through a USB connection.
That suggests you would at least need a USB Host shield for your Uno - but I have no idea whether the USB Host shield would recognize the device.
A Raspberry PI would probably be a more suitable host.
