Integration between Sensor - Arduino D1 R2 - Wifi - HTTP

Hi Experts , I am trying to do an Integration

I wish to send the sensor signals of the following sensors to my Arduino D1 R2 and the send it to WIFI . From WiFi I wish to send it as a HTTP POST signal to some external link . This link I wish to poll through Boomi to receive the signal and send it to multple destination systems.

  1. 5V 1 One Channel Relay Module Low Level for SCM Household Appliance Control
  2. Ultrasonic Module mounting bracket HC-SR04 Distance Measuring Transducer Sensor
  3. 3.3V/5V Ceramic Piezo Vibration Sensor Module Analog Controller Electronic Components Supplies Sensor

I am not sure if the above design is possible. If yes , can some one help me with links to set up the part
