Integration IoT Cloud Beta and SOAP/OData Web Services

I’m new to IoT Cloud Beta and I searched on the community but I couldn’t find whether IoT Cloud Beta is able to work with SOAP/OData Web Services. If you can clarify it , it will be so helpful.
