interface arduino with 24lc26b

first of all escuse my english...

i have a problem: i'd like to interface arduino and the eeprom 24lc16b but i don't know wery well the wire library... i recive only random numbers

have somebody a sample i have to send data to the eeprom (analog read) then received it by serial port in a second time.

not sample but example....

i asked if someone has one example of the code but i had already resolved...
