Hi
I have purchased this pH/EC sensor from https://www.cooking-hacks.com/ph-sensor however it does not have a BNC connector and just two wires, black and read. How could i interface this to an Arduino?
Has anyone got any experience with this?
I dont want to buy any add-on boards just to directly interface it.

I would start by going through all the articles on the LINK you provided - they have there under "Documentation" and the link where is says "for more information see the following article". There seems to be lots of good information there to use as a starting point for how to use it - even a comparison between their "Waspmote vs Arduino". Take some time to look through everything there and see how others have done it.
