interfacing an arduino with 4 RFIDs

Hi there,

My project is a 4 ways traffic signal and each lane has a RFID reader which will read the tags and send command to the controller and then give a green light signal.
I am concerning about the connection of the RFID with Arduino MEGA
also I am going to connect 12 leds as outputs.
