i want to connect arduino board with flash software. and i m using firmata2.0 and i have uploaded it to arduino uno. and made serproxy connections. now i can not able to open .fla file

Where? You won't be able to open them on the Arduino. If it's on the PC, the problem has nothing to do with the Arduino.
