I am a noob and having trouble in connecting the CS5460A module with the Arduino Uno. I have got the code from karl hagstrom's post and think the code will work with the arduino Uno but i am having trouble with getting the connections done. The voltage source is 230V AC 50Hz. I have attached the module pic below.
I really hope you’ve looked at the data sheet and are not connecting this directly to the mains supply .
If you are still alive have a look at how to use the forum - we need code and a connection diagram ( hand drawn = good)
I will assume the UNO is working and take a SWAG: Do you have an external power supply for the UNO or is it powered via USB. Posting a Schematic, not a frizzy picture of your circuit as you have wired it, and links to technical information on each hardware device. The link below goes into great depth on its use and gives snippets of code in C++.
