Single-wire interface digital output air pressure sensor
Product Description
The M1711F120D is a high-precision tire or air pump pressure sensor with a single-wire interface based on an FR4 substrate. The sensor contains a high-linearity MEMS pressure chip and a fast ADC. The ADC data output refresh cycle can reach about 1.8ms. It uses a simple single-wire interface communication protocol and can interface with almost any microcontroller.
The MEMS pressure sensing principle, signal processing method and unique packaging calibration process of the M1711F120D can ensure that the sensor has low pressure hysteresis, temperature hysteresis and high stability.
Question:
I am trying to interface this pressure sensor with the arduino but the problem is the ADC is builtin and digital output is coming from the sensor. I dont know how many bits resolution is used. The problem is that how i read the sensor output value. Please provide the simple sample code for reading the digital value of the sensor.
If want to use any library then also you can use.
Same problem
i also only found that website there is no datasheet available.
The only information available is on that website which maybe incomplete for interfacing with microcontroller
M1709F is a silicon piezoresistive absolute pressure sensor with mV output and a full scale of 700 or 1500kPa. This product uses neutral soft transparent silicone protection, which can effectively prevent moisture while ensuring high linearity, high sensitivity, low temperature drift and high reliability. It is widely used in products related to air pressure. M1709F has a mature and stable process, which can ensure the performance consistency and stability of mass-produced products. The range can be customized.
The description says a mV (millivolt) output, so it is analog.
Then one can assume (or not) it is linear over the range mentioned.
It does not tell the mV range (1-10 mV 100mV 1000mV ) ???
At least easier to interface and with some tools one could reverse engineer the formula.
(I think)
No
He is saying that what can be the change in millivolts
is it 10mV or 100mV or 1V?
as there is no datasheet available so there is not complete information
