Interfacing Limitations

I'm wondering if it's possible to connect a single arduino to a I2C device, a LCD, and a PC (using the FTDI and USB). I think I might have an issue with the number of pins available. Is there alternative to the 11 pin configuration required for an LCD?

Thanks.

Yes, there's a four pin mode for the common Hitachi controllers, so 7 pins total, and you may get away with tying the R/W line low, so saving another pin.
