Interfacing Mifare RC522 board with FT232RL UART usb to serial with PC

Hi Friends,

I have Mifare RC522 RFID board and FT232RL UART board, please guide me to interface RFID with UART and connect this to PC to read and write RFID cards, I am a newbie to this so tell me which software to use read/write cards in pc. Thanks in advance.

What does this have to do with the Arduino? Perhaps your Ford dealer could help you.

I am yet to receive the UNO R3 board meanwhile I want to try whether I can connect MC522 board to pc without arduino using FT232RL UART board is it possible? also please let me know how interface with uno and pc to read and write.

Without using Arduino also means "without using the Arduino forum". This is where you get help using the Arduino, not where you get help not using the Arduino.

Apologies for asking this question but have you read the second sentence?

Interface what with the PC? This non-Arduino thing you are making?

What part of "this is where you get help using the Arduino" don't you understand?

I think you didnt understood buddy, I asked how can I interface Arduino Uno with Mifare RFID Board to PC.

Mifare RC522 connected to Arduino Uno connected to PC. Hope you understood. Dont be harsh if you dont want to help its fine.

The same cable/serial port that you use to program the Arduino is available to use to send data from the Arduino to the PC or from the PC to the Arduino. Use Serial on the Arduino side. Use some application on the PC end that knows how to talk serial.

Wow, where did you get this attitude? Working behind the counter of a gas station?
I mean, couldn't you, I don't know, try to be maybe a bit more polite and friendly, instead of being rude outright?
I'd appreciate it, and I think that people talking to you over the internet and in person would too.
