Interfacing USB based sensor to Android phone using Arduino Mega ADK

Hi,

I have a sensor with a USB interface and would like to interface it with an Android phone
using an Arduino Mega ADK.

Is this possible ?
Would I use a simple USB hub plugged into the Arduino Mega ADK, and plug the Android phone and
sensor into this hub ?
Any guidance or pointers to existing sketches would be much appreciated.
