Interfacing with Roborealm

Hi, has anyone got any good tips/resources for interfacing like what programming language to use within roborealm ie. vbscript, python, picoC. Also I want to smooth the results that get sent to the arduino like, servo positioning getting a large difference causes sharp jerky movements.

You could be doing this on the Arduino. Keep track of the last servo position. If the new position is greatly different from the previous value, ignore it. Otherwise, move there.
