If I put a shield on an Arduino, can I use the Arduino for Color sensor TCS3200.
There might or might not be conflicts.
Please post a link to the colour sensor.

I am using the MCU friend 2.4 inch TFT shield. for connecting TCS3200 I am using Vcc, pin D8, pin D7, pin D6, pin D5, pin D4, Gnd pins of Arduino.
The TCS has 6 signal pins (according to this Guide for TCS230/TCS3200 Color Sensor with Arduino. For your TFT shield you're using 5 pins. So yes, that should work.
If you battle to connect, you can use a screw shield like below between the Arduino and the TFT shield.
