Intermediate kits to build onto the "The Arduino Starter Kit"

Hi,
I am still very new to the Arduino world, and have just had a wonderful time working through "The Arduino Starter Kit". I don't have any specific projects I want to build right now, but I'd like to try some harder/more complex projects to build up my skills. Does anyone have some good recommendations of intermediate kits to follow on from the starter kit ideally working around recording movement or RC vehicles.

Radio Shack sells some Arduino compatible kits that are rather pricey, but they come with a lot of great parts. You can also check online for such kits too.
