Thank you for explaining it to me.. (I guess Id have to un-solder the switches to do it this way)..
In your last comment you said there are lots of good ways to do this same thing using just 'code' and not the pull up resistors and capacitors?
Is this the 'debounce' code/tutorials I see around? Is that what I should be adding trying (at least at first before un-soldering everything and adding new components?
