invalid conversion from 'char*' to 'time_t'

sir. what do i need to do so that TimeAlarm will accept char* in the alarm..
alarm.AlarmRepeat(buffer, hourtest);

which
String data;
char buffer[5];

the data contains the values:

data += (Hr);
data += ',';
data +=(Min);

and which was again converted to

data.toCharArray(buffer,5);

See my reply to your other thread http://forum.arduino.cc/index.php?topic=296480.25

Suppose Hr is 10 and Min is 30. How do you propose to store 2 digits, a comma, 2 more digits and a terminating NULL in a 5 element array? Take your shoes off if you need to to count that high.

problem solved sir. my next problem is at this post..

thanks..
