Hi,
I bought blank ATmega238P chips. I uploaded on all chips bootloader using arduino mega as isp and they worked. Then, I uploaded to two of chips sketch(upload using programmer) to control 7-segment display, so the chip is using all digital pins as output. Then, I found a misteake in the sketch, so I wanted to change it, but when I select "upload using programmer", i got the invalid device signature error. I tried to burn new bootloader, but i got the same error. I tried to disconnect this chip from breadboard and I putted there chip with blink (It is connect same as chip before) and burning and uploading works. So I out back the chip with 7-segment display sketch and i again get device signature failure, even if it is connected same as working chip with blink. What should I do to get chip working again?
Copy and paste the entire error message so we can see se signature, maybe it's a variant of Atmega328.
I'm not sure how you're uploading your sketch with the programmer, but if you're using ISCP, make sure ping 11-13 are not used by anything else.

Yes, i using all available pins on chip (D0-D13) have setted pinmode to output, and all analog pins are used as input (the chip is used to control 2-digits 7-segments display)

^what he just said^
Without the error message, it's all just guessing

It write just:
Yeks, invalid devoce signature. Double check connections or use -F to override

It should say something like:
Read device signature
Expected device signature
Just copy the entire avrdude window.

Turn on the verbose if using Arduino IDE, to check which is the signature.

I enabled it, click burn bootloader and i got this in error window:

A signature of 0xFFFFFFFF (constant high) or 0x00000000 (constant low) either indicate a wire failure or a broken MCU.

Fu*k. i only uploaded sketch on it, I haven't used the chip in a circuit

First check the wires and other components. It's possible you have 2 wires crossed or one of the components is unconnected.
A MCU can go bad very easy if you don't handle it correct. I broke a few not to long ago because our new soldering iron wasn't grounded properly (floating tip).
