I have a project going on where I need to communicate with an RS485 serial device but I also need to be able to receive data through an RFM12B module.
I have a good feeling that buying an IO expansion shield (Io Expansions Australia | Little Bird Australia) and hooking up an RFM12B breakout board (http://jeelabs.com/products/rfm12b-board) would work. I'm not sure about the Interrupt on the RF module though, would it clash with the serial operation from the expansion shield?
I won't be using any of the other functions from the board (No bluetooth, No Xbee, Replacing SD connections with RF module). So would it work with a single Arduino? or would I have to use two Arduinos for each shield and have them communicate via I2C?
