I'm trying to use the IoT cloud app for my samsung fold 4 and when I try the "use phone as device" feature, it just shows the stupid loading screen with it stuck on step one indefinitely. I've tried this on other phones and it's worked with no problem at all. All permissions on my phone are open for the app, my phone is on Android version 13 so it should be compatible, and I have a decent subscription for the service. So I have no idea why it's holding me hostage. If anyone has a solution, please let me know as I need to use this feature for a project coming up real soon.
UPDATE: The solution was a lot simpler than I expected. Turns out if you have a magnetic phone case it will screw around with the internal sensors.
