Since this morning around 9am FR time my MKR1000 stopped sending datas to IoT cloud and doesn't seems to be able to connect even if connected to the Wifi.
Also when trying to delete and recreate mv thing (on https://create.arduino.cc/iot/things ) i'm unable to save variables as the page loads forever ( same on different device/browser) or to link devices to things.
anyone else having similar issues ? any recommandations ?
Thanks for looking into it, seems to be ok for the editing things/attaching device/generating sketch part.
For the connection to IoT cloud i'm unfortunately unable to confirm as i've switched to another data destination.
Hello everyone, I'm Edoardo, part of the IT Operations team @ Arduino.
I'm sorry for the issues, we have mitigated it yesterday (31 Jan 2021 around 21:00 CET). We had again issues today, from 13:00 to 14:00 CET that have now been resolved.
We are investigating the causes and future actions to be taken to prevent these failures in the future.
As of now, 01 Feb 2021 15:38 CET, we are evidence the mitigations worked and the situation should be getting back to normal.
Please follow-up if you are still experiencing issues, I'll keep following this thread.
Hi,
Yes, I can confirm that the same issue occurred today (1.2.2021) between 13:00 to 14:00 CET.
Unfortunately, from my point of view, the issue was not fixed. It seems that my MKRWAN 1310s stopped sending data to IoT cloud on the afternoon and those have not recovered. I tried to reboot my Arduino Pro Gateway but it didn't have any effect to this. Issue still exists...
@etenani, thanks for your message and investigation that you and your team has done. I checked the situation and it looks like everything is working now. IoT cloud started to receive my data today afternoon.
I see the data flow from your devices and gateway stopped on Feb 17, 2021 at 17:48 (UTC). I still see activity from other users using mrk1310s, so it might be related to your account or devices.
