I have installed IoT cloud app on my mobile phone Samsung S20. The app added the device as a "thing" in my IoT cloud. I can only see 5 variables in the IoT cloud. I have an active Entry Plan allowing for 10 variables. Any clue why I cannot see more than 5 variables of my mobile phone.

Can you please provide the following details:
- Navigate to the Arduino IoT Cloud on your desktop
- Select on the Dashboard section
- Select the Thing that you mentioned having more than 5 variables
- Share a screenshot to the dashboard

Note in the app running on my S20 mobile phone it shows the same 5 variables (although the S20 is having more (like temp and light measurement)

the full mobile dashboard can be unlocked starting from the maker plan since it requires 17 variables
