Hello. Has any one had the issue with the iot remote app where when you initially launch it
the main splash screen opens and then the dashboards screen appears but at the bottom a red rectangle states "No internet Connection". i have an android phone which has version 10
firmware and have confirmed that my wifi connection is valid, have uninstalled and re-installed the iot remote app. When i disable wifi my phone switches to data and the iot app works fine. Help ?
