IoTCloud - Add device

Hi,
I have a big problem with the kit "GreenHouse",
I connect arduino MKR 1010 Wifi with a usb and the board go on, but my Arduino Agent don't found it.
Can i do?

Hi @castorettino.

I'm not sure I understood correctly what you mean by this. Please add a forum reply here that provides a more detailed description to help us to understand it.

Include the following information:

  • What did you do?
  • What were the results you expected from doing that thing?
  • What were the results you observed that did not match your expectations?

Make sure to include the full and exact text of any error or warning messages you might have encountered. It can also be useful to share a screenshot of the Arduino Cloud page in your browser at the point where the problem occurred.

Excuse me, I logged in to Arduino Cloud, then I went to the "device" section and clicked on "add device", then it made me install "Arduino Agent" and, following the instructions provided, I connected the Arduino to my PC with the cable present in the kit... the problem is that once connected, Arduino Cloud continues to search and then sends an error message "no devices found, try again". what can I do?

Thanks for the clarification. I'm going to ask you to provide some additional information that might help us to identify the problem.

Please do this:

  1. Click on the Arduino Create Agent icon (looks like an Arduino logo).
If you are using Windows, the icon will be in the "notification area". If you are using macOS, it will be in the "menu bar".
    A menu will open.
  2. Select "Open Debug Console" from the menu.
The "Arduino Create Agent Debug Console" page will open in your browser.
  3. Type list in the field at the bottom of the page.
  4. Click the "SEND" button to the left of the field.
Serial Ports:, followed by some additional text will be printed in the main panel of the "Arduino Create Agent Debug Console" page.
  5. Click and drag over the text that was printed to select it.
  6. Press the Ctrl+C keyboard shortcut (Command+C for macOS users).
This will copy the selected text to the clipboard.
  7. Open a forum reply here by clicking the "Reply" button.
  8. Click the <CODE/> icon on the post composer toolbar. This will add the forum's code block markup (```) to your reply to make sure the debug console text is correctly formatted.
    Code block icon on toolbar
  9. Press the Ctrl+V keyboard shortcut (Command+V for macOS users).
This will paste the copied text into the code block.
  10. Move the cursor outside of the code block markup before you add any additional text to your reply.
  11. Click the "Reply" button to post the output.

Unfortunately I don't have the greenhouse at hand at the moment but I will have it tomorrow, I can inform you that it is not an Arduino Agent problem because I connected my computer to 5 different greenhouses and 3 were found, the other 2 were not ( despite the fact that the Arduino lit up).

OK, no problem. I'll be here to provide assistance when you are prepared.

That information will definitely be useful for troubleshooting the problem.

Problem solved, can you control this post please?
