Ip address 0.0.0.0 with ethernet shield w5500 on an arduino MKR Wifi

I have an issue with arduino MKR WIFi and ethernet shield. When i programming and testing the code with the usb of PC it's all ok the etehrnet shield take the static Ip that i have configured in the code . when i attach the arduino to another usb cable the network connection is gone.
i reproduced the problem to using a second PC and when arduino restart after plug in of the new cable take 0.0.0.0 Ip address and the connection not work.
when i reattach to the first Pc all it's ok.because the wifi is not available in the pellet tank when i set the arduino and the sensor, i attach the arduino with a normal rj45 cable for network and a normal microsusb cable for powersource.

At the first try I supposed that the refresh of arp table in router but also if wait 1 hour the net connection is not set up

try to put the esp32 in reset so it doesn't consume power

  pinMode(SPIWIFI_RESET, OUTPUT);
  digitalWrite(SPIWIFI_RESET, LOW);

thank you tomorrow i try and I report the results.

I understand your frustration with the network connection issue on your Arduino MKR WiFi and Ethernet Shield. It seems that when you connect it to a different USB cable or a second PC, it fails to obtain the static IP address and the network connection stops working. One possible cause could be the power supply or the quality of the USB cables used. It's crucial to ensure a stable power supply to the Arduino to avoid such issues. I recommend checking the power supply and the quality of the USB cables to resolve the problem and maintain a consistent network connection.

I tried i think that the problem is a usb 3 meter cable with a cable of 1 meter seem to work i'm trying to approach the power source and trying with a 2 meter cable.if not work i try with a battery.

Thank you for your support.

I report the result of my test.

the problem was the the network cable...it was the last thing that I have tested...it's a pefect example of Murphy law's.
